MANAGING DIRECTOR

With 15 years’ experience in the industry Marc has a thorough understanding of designing, planning and costing projects. These elements are the cornerstone of a project’s success. Marc has a passion for quality and efficiency in design, ensuring that translates in the execution of the project.

BRENDAN TAYLOR
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Brendan has spent 20 years climbing the construction management ladder. Starting out as a carpenter, he has worked to the top of his field working as a Senior Site Manager on many large-scale residential projects. ‘Hard working’ is not enough to describe Brendan, his attention to detail and work ethic is second to none in the Canberra construction industry.

His effort in planning and programming projects leads to the best ‘on site’ outcomes. Brendan is the key to ensuring the work in design and planning is executed in the final result. His dedication to systematic control on site is what separates him from the rest.

NICOLE SPIERS
FINANCE MANAGER

Nicole is a valued strategic member of our team who oversees all aspects of the company’s finances and administration. Nicole has a large and diverse experiences in the construction finance sector with roles at large-scale construction firms.  Nicole now lends her extensive experience to the Hatch team.

PETER TAYLOR
FOREMAN & SITE SAFETY MANAGER

Peter is a well-rounded construction foreman with a strong work ethic. Peter has experience in a range of roles including carpentry, civil works and site management. His skill set is a highly valued and complements the team perfectly. 

Peter is a qualified carpenter and has been working in the construction sector for over 15 years.
